Our Pediatricians

Our board-certified Pediatricians, affiliated with the Montreal Children’s Hospital, offer appointments for routine preventive care and to discuss any health or developmental issues.
They offer urgent care 7 days a weeks to deal with medical issues that may arise between routine exams.
We also offer consultative services to general practitioners for any issue relating to the health and development of children.

  • Dr. Harley Eisman M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Harley Eisman completed his medical school and General Pediatric training at McGill University. Dr. Eisman Subsequently completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency medicine at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. Dr. Eisman began his professional career in Pediatric Emergency in 1997 and then joined the staff of the Children’s Care Clinic in 1999 where he has the privilege of caring for near 2000 children and adolescents. Apart from his clinical duties, Dr. Eisman is the Medical Director of Pediatric Emergency Services at the Montreal Children’s hospital. Dr. Eisman’s related interests include Medical Informatics, Health Care Delivery and Cancer advocacy. Dr. Eisman and his wife are the proud parents of three children.

  • Dr. Julius Erdstein M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Julius Erdstein completed his medical training at McGill University where he also received a Master of Science degree. His training in Pediatrics was at the Montreal Children's Hospital which led to certification as a Pediatrician form the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He completed a fellowship in Adolescent medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto and in certified in this Pediatric sub-specialty where he received the designation of Founder of the specialty of Adolescent Medicine. He currently works both at the Children's Care Clinic and the Montreal Children's Hospital. His interest in primary care covers all areas of care for children.

  • Dr. Robin Kugelmass M.D., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Robin Kugelmass completed medical school at the University of Montreal. After her Family Medicine residency at Mcgill University's Montreal General Hospital, she went on to pursue her Pediatric training at University of Montreal's Sainte Justine's Hospital. She earned a specialist certificate in Pediatrics from the Corporation des Medecins du Quebec, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She was a part time staff physician at the Montreal Children's Hospital emergency department, and now continues to enjoy her practice as a general pediatrician at the Children's Care Clinic.
    She offers primary pediatric care to patients from 0-18 years of age, and has a particular interest in internationally adopted children.

  • Dr. Debbie Loyer M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Deborah Loyer obtained her Bachelor of Science and Medical degree from McGill University. She completed her residency training at the Montreal Children's Hospital. She is certified in Pediatrics by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. She currently works at the Children's Care Clinic practicing general pediatrics and at the Montreal Children's Hospital in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

  • Dr. Nathalie Ouellette M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Nathalie Ouellette graduated from the faculty of medicine of McGill University in 1986.
    She did her pediatric residency at the Montreal Children's Hospital and got her certification as a Pediatrician from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1990.
    She worked in the Emergency of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto then returned to Montreal to work in the Emergency of the Montreal Children's Hospital. She joined the Children's Care Clinic in 1994.

  • Dr. Mitchell Shiller M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr. Mitchell Shiller completed his medical training at McGill University and his training in Pediatrics at at the Montreal Children’s Hospital. He is currently part-time staff physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Montreal Children’s Hospital, McGill University Health Centre. He is also the Associate Chair (Informatics) and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, at McGill University.

    Mitchell has spent the last two decades working at social service not-for profit organizations in the Montreal area. He was President of Jewish Family Services and was founding President of Agence Ometz where he championed the development of programs to help to mitigate the effects of generational poverty.

  • Dr. David Waxman M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Born and raised in Montreal , David has been practicing at the Children’s Care Clinic since 1997. He is a graduate of McGill University where he obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Medical degree . Dr. Waxman completed his medical training in general pediatrics at the Montreal Children’s Hospital , where he also served at Chief Medical Resident.

    He has a strong interest in newborn medicine and is currently on staff at MUHC's post-partum nursery .
    When not working at the clinic or hospital, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

  • Dr. Nana Graves M.D.C.M., F.R.C.P.(C)

    Dr Nana Graves holds a B.Sc and MDCM degrees at McGill University.
    She is certified in Pediatrics by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada,
    The American Board of Pediatrics, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
    She is currently at the Children's Care Clinic where she takes care of children from 1d - 18yrs.
